Hi, I’m Christiana Koloshinsky! I’ve been Courtney’s assistant since February 2024, and in June 2025 I earned my real estate license. Having my license allows me to provide even more flexibility for our clients—whether that’s showing homes, coordinating details, or offering extra support throughout the transaction process. I’m proud to call Westmoreland County home. I grew up in Jeannette and now live in New Stanton, and knowing this area so well gives me a unique perspective when helping buyers and sellers navigate the local market. I’ve always loved all things home and appreciate what ‘home’ truly means. It’s more than just a place to sleep. It’s where you live and make memories, where you raise your children, welcome a new pet, bake Christmas cookies in the kitchen, or gather for dinner to celebrate life’s milestones. It’s also a space you get to make your own, reflecting who you are in every detail. So, what I love most about real estate is helping clients find the perfect home and guiding them as they imagine their lives there. It’s an honor to be part of such an important and exciting chapter in their story. When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my husband and little boy. We like to explore new restaurants, grab some iced coffee (and a cake pop for the little) while we go out and browse local shops. Hanging out at a park is also a favorite! I'm also an avid reader and look forward to book club with the girls each month. At home, I have a couple sweet and goofy cats, Benji and Butters. I can’t wait to meet you and have the opportunity to assist Courtney with selling your current home or finding your next one.
