Hi there! I’m Courtney Anderson, and I’ve been a full-time Realtor for the past 10 years. Before diving into real estate, I was a math teacher. You'll see I love educating my clients about the process and sharing insights whenever needed. Plus, I'm a creative problem solver, so you can count on me to tackle any challenges that come our way.
I know that the real estate journey can feel overwhelming, but I strive to make it seamless and fun. I take the time to understand your hopes, dreams, fears, and, most importantly, your timeline. Over the years, I’ve developed systems that keep everything smooth and transparent, so you always know where we stand. Having lived in Westmoreland County most of my life, I know nearly every town and all the great local spots. I love attending the downtown Irwin “Ladies Night Out” each November, the Summer Fest at Cedar Creek Park in Belle Vernon, and the Arts Festival at Twin Lakes in Greensburg. Whether you’re into local breweries, wineries, or charming mom-and-pop restaurants, I’ve got plenty of recommendations. And if you’re a coffee lover, I’ve explored every coffee shop in the county, so don’t hesitate to ask for my favorites!
When I’m not helping clients with their real estate goals, I’m busy with my two daughters who attend the Greater Latrobe School District. I’m also a proud dog mom to my rescue dog, Dax, and I’ve recently welcomed three adorable cats: Buckles, Peanut Butter, and Queso. In the summer, you can often find me boating on Cheat Lake with my husband. I’m a huge Pittsburgh fan too—whether it’s cheering on the Steelers and Penguins or enjoying a game at PNC Park, I definitely bleed black and gold!
