Hi there! I’m Courtney Anderson, and I’ve been a full-time Realtor for the past 12 years. Before diving into real estate, I was a math teacher. You'll see I love educating my clients about the process and sharing insights whenever needed. Plus, I'm a creative problem solver, so you can count on me to tackle any challenges that come our way.
I know that the real estate journey can feel overwhelming, but I strive to make it seamless and fun. I take the time to understand your hopes, dreams, fears, and, most importantly, your timeline. Over the years, I’ve developed systems that keep everything smooth and transparent, so you always know where we stand. My past clients often tell me that my quick responses and professionalism were key in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
While I've earned many awards in my time, I can truly say the best is reading the positive reviews my clients leave.
Having lived in Westmoreland County most of my life, I know nearly every town and all the great local spots. I love attending the downtown Irwin “Ladies Night Out” each November, the Summer Fest at Cedar Creek Park in Belle Vernon, and the Arts Festival at Twin Lakes in Greensburg. Whether you’re into local breweries, wineries, or charming mom-and-pop restaurants, I’ve got plenty of recommendations. And if you’re a coffee lover, I’ve explored every coffee shop in the county, so don’t hesitate to ask for my favorites!
When I’m not helping clients with their real estate goals, I’m busy with my two daughters who attend the Greater Latrobe School District. You'll probably run into me at Cutie's coffee shop in Greensburg, or you might catch me on a run on one of our awesome trails. I’m a huge Pittsburgh fan too—whether it’s cheering on the Steelers and Penguins or enjoying a game at PNC Park, I definitely bleed black and gold!
I’d love to help you with your real estate needs and share all the amazing things our community has to offer. Let’s connect!
